Cultural Competency / Cultural Agility
Cultural Agility requires intentional strategic action, practice, conditioning and reframing. The justification for increasing an organizations and/or individual’s cultural awareness and ability to adapt remains apparent only when people are able to be honest and open to another person’s or cultural point of view.
Live and online training sessions teach each participant’s awareness of the available resources they can use to enhance their own cultural knowledge and skills, assess their areas of strength and discover opportunities within their own scope of influence to develop, practice, and nurture this important competence- cultural agility.

Leadership Innovation Circle
The Leadership Innovation Circle is Both And's Mastermind cross disciplinary approach to expanding “what’s working” across sectors. We invite leaders in our program to engage in a facilitated strategic planning with other cutting edge dynamic leaders creating a strong peer network to sharpen your leadership skills and strengthen systems of care nationally.
The Allies Academy includes a 40-hour live training with Dietra and her team and weekly coaching sessions. This innovative approach supports leaders in being effective advocates for target groups. Leaders who have said "Yes" to making the step into systemic transformation need to understand what it really means to be a true ally. Participants learn the skills and capacities for advocacy and using innovative, groundbreaking leadership skills and tools for community engagement and leading a sustainable organization.
